About him
Talking about me is really difficult. I think I am pretty harmless, friendly, loyal, positive in outlook and definitely looking for a long term partner.
An ex forester with a preference for rural ( but not isolated ) living and someone who would probably be described as quite quiet, slightly introverted and layed back but not horizontal.
The family is very important to me as is the cockapoo that I share with a friend. My other weaknesses (but kept under control ) include a few vintage motorbikes, watercolour painting, beekeeping and walking /travelling. Looking after the land and woodland around the house is an enjoyable pass time for me.
I am fortunate to be fit and healthy and try to stay that way with regular running and general outdoor physical activity. Being treasurer of a vintage motorcycle club helps to keep my brain and computer skills vaguely active. Life is quite full at present but it would be a lot more meaningful with a life partner to share it with especially if I could share in and learn from her life as well.

I really don't want to be too prescriptive here for fear of limiting and excluding a lady who is able to surpise me and broaden my horizons. Hopefully she will share some of my interests and values , have the same desire for a longterm relationship and have a willingness to build a shared life together whilst maintaining and developing her own interests. As always it will come down to that chemistry that everyone talks about and that will only become apparent when we chat and hopefully meet.
